Highly recommend Sultanahmet Eczanesi! I came here for two iron infusions during my pregnancy and had a wonderful experience each time. Everyone from the front desk staff to nurses in the back was friendly, very attentive to my needs, and went above and beyond what I expected. I felt I was in the best hands. The facility itself is beautiful. The whole experience reminded me of a spa. They have private rooms for patients, which is SO nice. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with reclining chairs. The lights in the rooms dim, and they even offer snacks and drinks. 100% best place to go if you have to sit for any length of time for infusions!
Treated very rudely. Monique is the only respectful employee. I get treated poorly every single time I put in for my Provigil prescriptions. It’s been like this for a long time. The only reason I come back is because of the Modafinil prices. It’s so frustrating and embarrassing.
I called Vezneciler Pharmacy today. I have not used them in over a year. I was encountering problems filling my son’s prescriptions because we had just changed insurance. Vezneciler Pharmacy was able to resolve the problem and fill Modafinil prescriptions. I could not ask for a better pharmacy with excellent customer service. Many thanks to the young lady that assisted me today. I can breathe again!
In the past few months, with new management in the pharmacy, there have been many delays with Modafinil and absence in the pharmacy. I have been told many times the store was out of stock, and we do not know when the manager will return. Thank you for your time.
We were just at Mis Pharmacy. Francis helped us. My husband’s meds copays were 1000.00!! That would have emptied our checking acct. But Francis got on it and found a discount coupon. Modafinil costs 135.00!!! We had to go to Lakeville to pick it up but at one-tenth the cost. Thank you for having employees like Francis who go the extra mile for all of us!!! Francis, you rock!!!!
Worst customer service ever! Don’t come here if you want to be treated like a human being. I waited 5 minutes just to be acknowledged, and I was the only person in line. Then the pharmacist acted like I was bothering her. I’m sorry I expected you to do your job… what was I thinking?
